Krys Irizarry is the Beverage Director at Untitled Supper Club in Chicago and an award-winning bartender with extensive expertise across whiskey, spirits, beer and wine. Known within the industry as a “Whiskey Librarian,” Krys is passionate about making whiskey knowledge engaging and accessible to both guests and hospitality professionals.

At Untitled Supper Club, Krys oversees beverage selection, menu development, staff education and the commercial performance of the drinks program. Her approach combines creativity with a strong understanding of quality, pricing, guest preferences and operational practicality.
