David Mor is an award-winning Chicago bartender, beverage director and hospitality entrepreneur. He leads the beverage programs at Mirra, Lilac Tiger, TRUCE and Mariela, developing distinctive cocktail menus that complement each venue’s culinary identity while remaining approachable, operationally practical and commercially successful.

David previously oversaw beverage programs at acclaimed Chicago establishments including Cindy’s Rooftop and Robert et Fils. He is also the co-founder of SPILL, a hospitality-focused multimedia platform, and the founder of Head Bartender in Charge, an educational platform for cocktail enthusiasts and emerging bartenders.

Recognised as a Bartender of the Year and a Hospitality Innovator, David brings hands-on experience in spirits selection, cocktail development, bar operations, storytelling and guest engagement to the Bartender Spirits Awards judging panel.
