Lynn House is the National Spirits Specialist and Portfolio Mixologist at Heaven Hill Brands, supporting its diverse spirits portfolio through trade education, cocktail development, market insights and on-premise programming.

With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Lynn has held senior beverage roles at some of Chicago’s most respected restaurants. She previously served as Chief Mixologist and Beverage Director at Blackbird and Graham Elliot and was one of the original Master Bartenders at The Drawing Room.

Lynn is a recipient of the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s Best U.S. Brand Ambassador award and an inaugural inductee into its Dame Hall of Fame. Her extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beverage profitability and bartender education brings a highly experienced trade perspective to the Bartender Spirits Awards judging panel.
