Bartending up tasty libations and exciting creations, Kristen has used her artistic background to keep customers delighted and coming back for 20 years, bartending at Zia’s Trattoria, a 2012 Michelin-Recommended Restaurant, which has relocated and since been renamed to Zia’s Social, CIBO Bar. 

Over the years Kristen has worn many hats for the UNDERPASS Restaurant Group such as bar manager, assistant manager, hostess, server, designer and decorator for holidays and special events for their three locations: Zia’s Social, Café Touché and The Beacon Tap as well as their now closed locations, Zia’s Trattoria and Zia’s Lago Vista. Kristen was instrumental in opening Café Touché and Zia’s Lago Vista. 

Prior to Zia’s, Kristen spent time in the hospitality and catering industry working for local restaurants during college and back home, as well as other business opportunities outside of restaurant hospitality. Kristen brings leadership, creativity and passion to the workspace with an attention to detail.
